CSSS भारत सरकार की एक Merit-cum-Means Scholarship है जो Class 12 में अपने Board की Top 80th Percentile में आने वाले और आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर परिवारों के College Students को Financial Support देती है। यह Category-neutral Scholarship है — SC, ST, OBC, General — कोई भी Apply कर सकता है।
